We have a 0-day return policy, which mean we do not accept returns. If your order is shipped to you, it is now your responsible to properly secure the waist beads on your body with the instruction provided in “Waist Beads & Jewelry Info” section. If you are local and an 3L Waist
Beads employee adjust your waist beads either permanently or with lock, if your lock comes detached or knot untie within 24 hours. 3L Waist Beads will replace waist beads with proof of purchase and picture of product.
All Jewelry are final sale.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
